Toshia Ellis

is an accomplished IT sales professional and dual career Real Estate Agent with a passion for wealth building, giving, and "framily" (Friends and Family).  As a native of the DC Metropolitan area, Toshia is a graduate of Bowie State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration Management Concentration.

Besides her professional pursuits, Toshia is truly motivated to give to her church and community.  Whether it’s acts of kindness such as ensuring homeless men have at least one preferred style of underwear from GWAP’s Annual Socks and Underwear drive, fundraising and fulfilling unique needs for survivors of domestic violence, serving her church community, etc.

Toshia is excited to expand GWAP’s pursuits to include women’s empowerment initiatives such as financial literacy, health and wellness, and more.  She truly believes her gift to share is the gift she received from her own legacy of hard-working and empowered matriarchs.  Couple sharing this gift with her belief in the African proverb, “If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a family (nation),” she believes her purpose is to share with other women ways to empower themselves and their family.
